At AdCare Treatment Centers in Rhode Island, we offer inpatient or residential drug and alcohol rehab. This level of care begins with a comprehensive evaluation of each patient’s individual situation and needs. This includes assessing the level of addiction, determining if there are any underlying medical or psychological conditions to be addressed, and developing a personal addiction treatment plan.
Our average stay is 30-90 days but the length of inpatient rehab differs from person to person.
All AdCare outpatient locations in Massachusetts & Rhode Island offer a standard outpatient program and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). AdCare’s outpatient facility in Worcester, MA, also offers day treatment. This is a more intensive outpatient level of care that is known as a partial hospitalization program outside of Massachusetts.
A standard outpatient program typically involves attending treatment 1-2 times a week. This may involve individual therapy or group therapy sessions depending on your treatment plan.
We staff expert and passionate caregivers who are dedicated to providing high-quality treatment for addiction and co-occurring disorders. With decades of combined experience and a low clinician-to-patient ratio, you’ll receive exceptional, individualized care from highly skilled specialists.

We blend a strength-based approach with positive psychology to help Veterans navigate the complexities of substance use and mental health challenges. The cost of addiction treatment often keeps people from getting the help they need. Insurance coverage can make treatment much more affordable.
